Its one real clinical trial, for bowel recovery, found no benefit over placebo.

Heavily marketed on almost entirely rodent data. Removed from Category 2 in April 2026 — not the same as permitted.
Thymosin beta-4 fragment
D grade
The trial evidence cited for it was run on a different, larger molecule. Not a lawful supplement ingredient.

D grade
A real, dedicated 536-person trial found it doesn't work. Development was halted in 2007.

Longevity claims trace largely to one research group's 2003 cell-culture study.

Interesting biology; a very wide gap between it and the marketing.

Its "cardioprotective" reputation comes from rat hearts, not a human trial.

GHRP-2 is a real, narrow diagnostic approval in Japan — not the treatment it's sold as.
