12 new Library pages: fertility hormones, lipoglycopeptide antibiotics, EPO/CSF drugs — September 12, 2026
Follitropin Alfa/Beta, Menotropins, Lutropin Alfa, Choriogonadotropin Alfa, and Thyrotropin Alfa join the fertility/diagnostic-hormone cluster; Telavancin, Dalbavancin, and Oritavancin cover the lipoglycopeptide antibiotics; Epoetin Alfa, Darbepoetin Alfa, Filgrastim, and Pegfilgrastim cover the erythropoietin and colony-stimulating-factor drugs. The Library now stands at 111 ingredient pages.
Correction: two duplicate Register assessments merged — September 12, 2026
Ancient Nutrition and Garden of Life's collagen-peptide products had each been independently assessed twice in separate research rounds without a duplicate check. Both duplicates have been merged into a single, more detailed entry, and the public "products assessed" count corrected down from 139 to 137.

A weekly pass re-checks Register categories for new or reassessment-due brands, and a separate weekly pass re-checks existing FDA warning-letter findings for status changes (closeout letters, new letters) — both land Sunday evening for Monday-morning review, and nothing publishes without a human check first.
