How this site is funded

Nothing on this site is for sale and no commercial arrangement exists with any brand mentioned. If we ever add an affiliate or commission link to a product in the Register that has already passed the standard, it will carry a visible “we may earn a commission” notice next to it. None exists today. We may earn a disclosed commission on some cosmetic products we link to. No advertising is accepted and no payment is taken for placement in the Library.

Who we list and link to

From 14 October 2026 a product is named on this Register only when it has a full pass.

Rankings and reviews are never sold

No paid rankings. Our evidence grades are never for sale. Concretely: no vendor pays to be listed, ranked, or reviewed favorably — on the Library or the Register.

What we won't do

• Sell unapproved drugs behind a "research use only" label.
• Sell reconstitution supplies.
• Take money for placement in the Library.

Requesting a review

Reviews are free. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee that we'll review it, list it, or that it will pass. We never take payment for a review, a listing or a ranking.
